Hatha Basics

Learn essential poses and techniques for the foundation of your practice. Suitable for all levels.

Slow Flow

A creative sequence of classical postures designed to maintain vibrant health, increased energy, and a healthy, pain-free back. Great for Beginners, and appropriate for all levels.

Wind Down the Day

The perfect ending to your busy day - gentle tension releasing movement and calming breath work followed by deep stretching and restorative poses. Appropriate for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Gentle and restorative postures that target and release the connective tissues. A relaxing practice appropriate for all levels. Wonderful for beginners.

Rise & Shine

An energetic slow flow designed for all levels. Everyone is welcome to practice at their level and modifications will be offered. Explore conscious breath work, gentle vinyasa flows, balance and restorative stretching.

Ashtanga Led Primary Series

the complete ashtanga primary series guided by the traditional count and Sanskrit. This class is an hour and a half; Ashtanga experience recommended.

Lunar Vinyasa

A moving meditation of postures connected through the breath. Great for relaxing, stretching and de-stressing!

Ashtanga

An invigorating practice of sun salutations followed by standing and seated postures, including inversions and backbends. An integrated practice for optimal health and vitality. Short Form Ashtanga is an abbreviated version of the full Primary Series and perfect for those new to Ashtanga!

Prana Vinyasa

An energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. A dynamic dance of postures that are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect.

Prana Power Vinyasa

This is our popular and famous Saturday morning class! An invigorating, core-intensive vinyasa flow designed to build strength, stamina and balance. A challenging sequence of postures which include standing and seated poses, backbends, inversions and arm balances. You will sweat! For intermediate to advanced practitioners.

Alignment Yoga

Positioning the body in postures to achieve the full benefits of the poses without having discomfort or risk of injury; emphasis on Accessibility: based on the Iyengar method. Liberal use of props; ALL LEVELS; terrific for beginners.

Book Your Class


Be sure to register for IN STUDIO classes ahead of time to ensure your spot; registering ahead of time for Zoom classes is recommended as well, though, ONLINE classes are NOT limited in size. Notice on the website schedule that there are two options (IN STUDIO and ONLINE) for most classes, as we will be simulcasting the live classes on Zoom; a few of or classes are IN STUDIO only, so doublecheck when you register. We CAN’T WAIT to see you either live or online!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO JOIN LIVE ONLINE CLASSES

  1. Go to the schedule on PYC website

  2. Log in to your Tula account (you may have to “claim” your account - make sure you use email from waiver)

  3. Register for the online class you will participate in

  4. Click “View Broadcast” to direct you to the Zoom video call (there may be a quick download/update depending on your computer - classes will start promptly at specified time

  5. Click "JOIN AUDIO" (button on lower left corner) to hear sound.
